T1 Jewelry is not liable for lost or delayed packages, for any import duties, and incorrect shipping information. Once the label is addressed, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Should the tracking information say that item(s) is delivered when it is not, notify the shipping services immediately.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges for T1 Jewelry.

Items purchased on sale cannot be returned. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or any other type of sales items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final.
