Shipping Policy

T1 Jewelry offers free shipping in the United States of America on orders of $250+ via USPS excluding Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Packages are only delivered during business days from Monday-Friday. A signature is sometimes required at the time of delivery and after 3 failed attempts the packages will be returned to T1 Jewelry. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

All items are shipped from USA. There is a flat rate fee of $10 for the United States and $25 globally (outside of the USA). As each item is handmade, as order comes in, it may take 5 to 7 business days from the order date to be processed, packaged and shipped (or sometimes less). This includes items shipped via express method. If your item is backordered you will be notified.

T1 Jewelry is not liable for lost or delayed packages, for any import duty, and incorrect shipping information. T1 Jewelry does not cover shipping costs for the original purchase. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

In the event of T1 Jewelry’s error while making the custom order, we will replace your item at no cost to you, free of shipping.
